What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website asks your browser to store on your device. They let the website recognise your device or remember information about you, for example as you move between pages or when you come back later.
- First-party cookies are set by the website you are visiting. Third-party cookies are set by another company’s domain, for example through an embedded video or an advertising script.
- Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies stay until they expire or you delete them.
Similar technologies work in much the same way. They include local storage and session storage in your browser, tracking pixels (tiny invisible images that report when a page or email is opened) and device fingerprinting (recognising a device from its settings). In this policy, “cookies” includes these technologies.
Cookies on this website
This website does not set any cookies, first-party or third-party.
| Cookie | Provider, purpose and expiry |
|---|---|
| None | This website does not set any cookies, so there is nothing to list. |
Local storage and similar technologies
This website does not use local storage or session storage, and it uses no tracking pixels, device fingerprinting or similar technology to recognise your device or follow what you do. It has no analytics, advertising, social media plugins, or embedded maps or videos.
Our pages load nothing from other websites: the fonts, images and scripts all come from parisinq.com itself.
Your browser may keep copies of our pages and images in its cache so that they load faster next time. This is a standard browser function that you control in your browser settings, and we do not use it to recognise you or follow what you do.
Third parties
Simply visiting our pages does not make your browser contact any other website: everything is served from parisinq.com by our hosting provider (see our Privacy Notice). The only other service involved is the one that delivers our contact form, and only when you send a message with it.
Our contact form (Formward)
Our contact form is delivered by Formward (formward.eu), an EU-based form service run by EGF Fastighetsservice AB in Sweden. Your browser contacts Formward only when you send the form, never when you simply open the page.
- With JavaScript switched on, the form sends your message to Formward in the background, and you stay on our website. Your browser neither sends nor accepts cookies on this request.
- With JavaScript switched off, your browser sends the form to Formward’s website (forms.formward.eu), which normally returns you to our contact page straight away. While you are on forms.formward.eu, Formward’s own privacy policy and cookie policy apply.
Our form does not use a CAPTCHA check (such as Google reCAPTCHA or Cloudflare Turnstile), so it loads no code from other companies. Our Privacy Notice explains what happens to the information you send.
Links to other websites
This policy covers parisinq.com only. If you follow a link to another website, such as the browser help pages below, that website’s own cookie policy applies.
Why there is no cookie banner
Under Article 5(3) of the EU ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC), as implemented in national law, a website must ask for your consent before it stores information on your device or reads information from it. There are two exceptions: storage or access that is needed only to send a communication over a network, and storage or access that is strictly necessary to provide a service you have explicitly asked for.
This website stores nothing on your device and reads nothing from it, apart from what your browser needs to show you our pages (such as its normal cache) and to send a message you ask us to send. Both fall under these exceptions, so there is nothing to ask your consent for and no cookie banner.
How to manage cookies
You do not need to do anything for this website. To manage the cookies that other websites set, use your browser settings. These official help pages explain how:
If you block all cookies, some other websites may not work properly. This website works the same either way.
Our promise: consent first
If we ever want to use cookies or similar technologies that are not strictly necessary, for example for analytics, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent before setting them. Refusing will be as easy as accepting, and you will be able to withdraw your consent at any time. Any strictly necessary cookie we introduce will be listed in the table above before it is used.
Changes to this policy
We will update this policy whenever the way this website uses cookies or similar technologies changes. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
